Return & Refund Policy
At Gupta Innovations, we strive to provide high-quality smart home and security products along with professional installation services. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.
Returns
Products can be returned within 3 days of delivery only if:
- The product is damaged
- The product is defective
- The wrong product was delivered
The product must be unused and in original packaging with all accessories and invoice.
Non-Returnable Products
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used products
- Installed products
- Customized or special order products
- Software or digital products
- Products damaged due to improper use
Refunds
Refunds will be processed only after the returned product is inspected and approved. Refunds may take 5–7 business days to process.
Refunds will be issued via:
- Bank transfer
- UPI
- Original payment method (if applicable)
Installation & Service Charges
Installation and service charges are non-refundable once the service has been completed.
Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only. Once the product is dispatched or installed, cancellation is not allowed.
